Job Duties
- Cleans and services guest rooms and bathrooms in a timely manner
- Changes sheets, makes beds, and vacuums both stay-over and checkout rooms
- Dusts furniture and fixtures including tables, nightstands, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, and air conditioning units
- Cleans all mirrors in guest rooms
- Notifies guest services when rooms are serviced and ready for occupancy
- Reports rooms that cannot be serviced within time standards to the supervisor
- Reports unsafe conditions and repair needs to the supervisor
- Responds promptly to guest requests and management instructions
- Maintains linen carts and supplies organized according to department standards
- Secures equipment, keys, and supplies issued daily
- Reports lost and found articles to supervisor
- Replaces light bulbs as needed
- Transports trash and waste to disposal areas
- Replenishes room supplies such as drinking glasses, bathroom essentials, and linens
- Follows cleaning procedures detailed by brand standards
- Participates in team cleaning and self-inspection programs
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of maid station
- Makes rollaway beds
- Provides a professional appearance and complies with company policies
