Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Basic cleaning skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs
Dependable and punctual
Awareness of safety and security importance

Job Duties

Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
Provide personalized service to hotel guests
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
Clean guest rooms to DKN Hotels' standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down walls
Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by management
Follow DKN Hotels' policy for room amenities
Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately
Maintain complete security of master room key and return it at end of shift
Report any maintenance items needing immediate attention
Assist with laundry as needed
Report missing or found articles or damage to Executive Housekeeper
Provide assistance to other team members and departments
Deliver DKN's 'Home Away From Home' experience
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management
