Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- commitment to delivering high-quality service

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- ensure guest rooms meet company standards of hygiene and presentation
- communicate effectively with guests to address their requests or concerns
- manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly
- report any maintenance issues or damages immediately
- collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely room readiness
- follow all health and safety regulations
