Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one-year hospitality or housekeeping experience
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to squat, bend, kneel and twist
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with hotel policies and safety protocols
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

- Ability to clean multiple room types and meet daily cleaning quotas

Job Duties
- Create guest satisfaction and exceed expectations by providing the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
- Clean assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and cleaning bathrooms
- Maintain cleaning protocols
- Empty all trash containers and replace with fresh liners
- Restock usable items in guest rooms or suites such as soap, towels, amenities, and paper items
- Ensure removal and appropriate disposition of guest room trays, glass, and silverware
- Clean and vacuum exterior entry and hallways
- Keep linen closets and supply areas clean and organized
- Ensure guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptly
- Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including maintenance needs
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and refer to supervisor if unable to handle
- Ensure all rooms or suites are secured upon leaving the guest room or suite
