Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day use
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Clean rooms with doors closed unless otherwise requested by guests
- Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Report maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Handle Lost and Found items according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
