Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to queries
- Make beds in guest rooms and replenish supplies
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using a vacuum cleaner
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- Empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, transport trash to disposal
- Replace light bulbs
- Manage linen collection, laundering, sorting, folding, and storage
- Report technical issues and maintenance needs
- Update status of guest rooms on assignment sheet
- Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end
- Comply with housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform job-related physical activities including standing, lifting, bending, and reaching as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
