Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years management experience in hospitality or similar industry
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, restaurant, or culinary management preferred
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- food handler certification if applicable
- ability to lead and develop a front-of-house team
- commitment to upholding company policies and regulatory standards

Job Duties
- Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
- coordination of timely food production
- participate in evaluation of food products and kitchen employee performance
- develop selection and pricing strategy of liquors and wines
- supervise liquor and wine procurement
- assist General Manager in building financial objectives through budget process
- execute and improve annual marketing plan
- react quickly to new marketing opportunities
- maintain consistently high operation standards
- effectively utilize marketing funds
- control costs focusing on cost of sales and payroll
- communicate with management, employees, and accounting staff
- identify and develop personnel
- provide necessary training for new positions
- conduct regular and timely performance evaluations through quarterly check-ins
- implement and conduct ongoing training programs for management and staff
- ensure daily cleanliness of restaurant facilities
- supervise all non-supervisory service employees
- carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws
- interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and coach employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
