Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate weight
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Physical stamina to perform duties requiring standing and lifting
  • Basic knowledge of menu items and allergens is a plus

Job Duties

  • Support cocktail servers in delivering world-class service, maintaining attentiveness, awareness, and discretion at all times
  • Execute water and beverage service, clearing and resetting tables, and other service touchpoints with grace and efficiency
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations throughout service and as sidework requires
  • Communicate effectively with team members and remain in sync with the needs of each table
  • Anticipate guests and servers needs with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Participate in daily lineups, training sessions, and menu briefings to stay informed and engaged
  • Uphold and model core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation
