Job Duties
- Assist the bartending team in preparing and setting up the bar for service, ensuring all necessary supplies, glassware, and garnishes are readily available
- restock and replenish bar inventory throughout the shift, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and barware
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down counters, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash
- assist with the washing and polishing of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- maintain the cleanliness and functionality of bar equipment
- prepare and deliver drink ingredients and supplies to bartenders as requested, ensuring they have everything they need to serve guests efficiently
- assist with the setup and breakdown of events and special functions held in the bar area
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- provide exceptional customer service by promptly attending to members requests and inquiries
- assist the bartending team in the breakdown of the bar at the end of night, following all side work steps provided by management
