Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk on roofs and climb ladders or stairs safely
- will to work in hot, cold, or rainy weather conditions
- valid driver’s license
- prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- roofing or construction background is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Identify potential clients by scouting neighborhoods and responding to referrals
- conduct roof inspections to assess damage and recommend solutions
- prepare customized sales action plans and proposals tailored to customer needs
- manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing signed contracts
- provide concierge-style customer service ensuring satisfaction and trust
- maintain accurate records in the CRM system and consistently follow up with leads
- represent Apple Roofing professionally both in person and online
