- Ability to read and interpret construction documents such as shop drawings and bar tags
- Competency in using rodbuster hand tools
- Commitment to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively under supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Installs rebar for foundations
- Installs wall and column rebar
- Installs reinforcing and post tension for structural deck
- Places reinforcing for slab-on-grade (SOG)
- Places reinforcing for tilt-up and precast concrete
- Ensures a safe work environment
- Participates in training and certifications
