Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum ten years of progressive restaurant experience
- at least five years in senior management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to handle high-pressure situations
- leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
