Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-volume, full-service food operations with leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude and motivate teams
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, staffing, inventory, and vendor management
  • Understanding of financial reports and budgeting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work long hours on feet
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in high-volume, full-service food operations
  • Experience in multi-outlet or multi-unit food service settings
  • Proven ability to lead teams with empathy and accountability
  • Strong understanding of food safety, staffing, inventory and vendor management
  • Financial literacy including reading profit and loss statements and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to promote positive team culture and motivation

Job Duties

  • Lead with heart by guiding, training and holding high standards for food service teams
  • Champion the culture by upholding values of innovation, communication, learning, appreciation, accountability, and proactivity
  • Own the operation of all food and beverage services across multiple outlets and events
  • Manage budget and labor scheduling while reviewing payroll and controlling expenses
  • Collaborate on training and onboarding to ensure partner development and guest service excellence
  • Maintain cleanliness and preparedness of all food service locations from back-of-house to front-of-house
  • Plan menus based on sales data and market trends while managing inventory and reducing waste through portion control
  • Manage vendor relations including invoice approval and supply coordination
  • Work with marketing to promote food offerings through menus, signage, and event branding
  • Lead regular team check-ins and leadership meetings to align goals and communication
  • Handle daily operational challenges and unexpected opportunities with flexibility and positivity
