Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in high-volume full-service food operations with leadership in a multi-outlet or multi-unit setting
  • Experience in the attractions industry preferred
  • Bachelor's in hospitality, business, culinary, or related field preferred but equivalent experience valued
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude
  • Approachable, friendly, and firm with the ability to coach and motivate team members
  • Knowledge of food safety, staffing, inventory, food cost, and vendor management
  • Ability to read and interpret profit and loss statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate kitchen and outdoor food stand environments
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, culinary arts, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in high-volume, multi-outlet food operations
  • Strong understanding of food safety, staffing, inventory management, food cost control, and vendor relations
  • Proven leadership skills with an empathetic and engaging management style
  • Ability to interpret financial statements including profit and loss reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead with heart by guiding and inspiring a team of food service professionals across multiple outlets
  • Champion company culture by upholding values of innovation, communication, learning, appreciation, accountability, and proactivity
  • Own all food and beverage operations on the property including cafés, seasonal stands, catering, vending, and special events
  • Manage budgeting and labor by creating schedules, monitoring payroll, and controlling expenses
  • Oversee training and onboarding in partnership with Talent Development to ensure consistent guest service and operational excellence
  • Maintain food locations to be clean, orderly, and guest-ready from back-of-house prep to front-of-house presentation
  • Plan and adjust menus by analyzing sales data and market trends while managing inventory and reducing waste
  • Serve as the primary liaison for food and beverage vendors ensuring timely deliveries and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote food offerings through visual storytelling and branded materials
  • Lead regular team meetings and attend leadership discussions to align goals and address challenges
  • Adapt and respond to day-to-day operational issues, vendor concerns, and guest service opportunities
