Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 3 shifts per week on a set schedule (3:00am-1:00pm or 12:30pm-11:00pm)
- Reliable transportation to the Plymouth Meeting, PA onsite location
- Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Capability to operate in a physically active role including standing for extended periods
- Ability to document detailed observations accurately
- Commitment to providing high quality support to partners onsite

- Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in a live-autonomous environment
- Professional presence with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Quick learner adaptable to startup environments
- Clear communicator who supports team culture and collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Bonus experience includes working with automation, robotics, or industrial equipment
- Experience supporting system rollouts, QA processes, or operational pilots
- Background in grocery, retail, field support, or high-end customer service
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, JIRA, or digital workflow systems
- Willingness to relocate potentially for scaling opportunities
Job Duties
- Monitor real-time performance of the robotic automation system during live operations
- Provide white-glove support to onsite partners ensuring confidence and informed assistance
- Communicate partner needs and observations clearly to engineering, operations, and product teams
- Help execute initiatives tied to system performance, reliability, and partner enablement
- Document findings and feedback with clarity and detail for onsite and remote teams
- Contribute to a service-oriented operational culture grounded in responsiveness and ownership
- Assist with product onboarding, testing, and validation workflows for new SKUs and system improvements
