Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs
- Dependability and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible and irregular hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

- Prior experience in event setup or similar roles is preferred
Job Duties
- Load and unload equipment and display materials into and out of event venues
- Assemble and arrange booths, display tables, signage, and promotional displays according to company instructions
- Dismantle displays at the end of roadshows, pack materials, and prepare items for transport
- Take and submit accurate inventory counts and restock as needed
- Inspect displays for damage and repair, replace, or reset display boxes to maintain appearance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the setup area and assist with last-minute adjustments
- Communicate professionally with vendors and MDX employees during setup and teardown process
