Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and transportation service
- Maintain an acceptable driving record without chargeable accidents or reckless driving/DUI convictions
- H6 driving record must show no more than 1 point in last 12 months or 2 points in last 36 months regardless of license class
- Must be qualified to work in the United States
- Have at least 2 years experience with safety practices in commercial passenger bus transportation
- Experience with fleet management, maintenance, dispatch software and systems is highly desirable
Job Qualifications
- Read, write and speak English to perform essential responsibilities
- Possess good communication skills for clear and courteous interaction
- Be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Have at least 2 years experience in customer service and transportation service
- Hold an acceptable driving record without chargeable accidents or reckless driving/DUI convictions
- Be qualified to work in the United States
- Have 2 years exposure to safety practices in commercial passenger bus transportation
- Experience with fleet management, maintenance, dispatch software and systems is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Monitor daily driver activities to ensure that all company policies safe driving and customer courtesy are followed
- Act as the intermediary between driver and passenger and investigate and respond to passenger complaints
- Provide requested or pertinent information to passengers without negativity or hostility
- Assist with on demand trips per dispatchers request when needed
- Maintain radio contact with dispatch at all times to report or obtain route and schedule information
- Complete written reports on vehicular deficiencies, accidents, and incidents
- Know and follow safety and health rules and safe working practices
- Initiate corrective actions for early or late departures to ensure effective transportation
- Monitor two way radios to ensure proper radio procedures and etiquette
- Notify operations manager of safety and health rule violations
- Report operational issues impacting service performance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
