Job Requirements
- Active FL RN license or multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care PACU RN experience required
- RN diploma or associate degree required
- BLS required within 30 days
- ACLS and PALS required within 60 days of hire

- Active FL RN license or multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care PACU RN experience required (critical care experience strongly preferred)
- RN diploma or associate degree required
- BLS certification required within 30 days
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within 60 days of hire
Job Duties
- Provide immediate post-operative care including airway management, neuro/cardiac monitoring, wound care, and rapid response to complications
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, apply critical thinking skills, and accurately document patient status and progress
- Educate patients and families on post-anesthesia expectations and recovery
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams in a supportive environment featuring self-scheduling, float pool support, and active leadership rounding
