Job Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in emergency care
Ability to work full-time 12-hour night shifts
Experience with Epic electronic medical records preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department
Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Assess patient conditions and priorities using clinical judgment
Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Coordinate and delegate nursing care to healthcare team members
Manage and resolve staff grievances and address performance issues
Conduct quality improvement initiatives and support evidence-based practice
Foster a therapeutic and safe environment for patients and staff
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and hospital policies
