Job Requirements
- Valid nursing license or relevant certification
- Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and per diem
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with resume review and interview techniques
- Willingness to attend and participate in hiring events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or relevant certification for technical roles
- Proven experience in healthcare or nursing environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate interviews and manage event logistics
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing and human resources practices

- Experience with multiple healthcare units and shifts

- Interview candidates for nursing and technical roles

- Manage multiple shifts and units for staffing needs
