Job Requirements

  • Valid nursing license or relevant certification
  • Minimum of 1 year healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and per diem
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with resume review and interview techniques
  • Willingness to attend and participate in hiring events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or relevant certification for technical roles
  • Proven experience in healthcare or nursing environments preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate interviews and manage event logistics

Job Duties

  • Interview candidates for nursing and technical roles
  • Facilitate hiring process during the scheduled event
  • Coordinate with hiring managers across various hospitals
  • Manage multiple shifts and units for staffing needs
  • Provide information about compensation and benefits to candidates
  • Maintain records of applicant interactions
