Job Duties
- take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- perform basic food prep such as making salads and boxing orders
- train new Front Crew members in salad making and order taking
- handle common customer disputes with friendly communication
- close the store ensuring all closing tasks and POS shutdown completed
- execute kitchen shift by performing tasks like dough slapping and oven catching
- oversee kitchen operations, ensuring timely and quality food order completion
- maintain kitchen crew station standards
- deliver orders courteously and punctually to customers
- assist with store maintenance tasks including trash disposal, sweeping, washing dishes, and kitchen support
