Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position
- Experience with soliciting and implementing feedback to improve performance
- Regular and consistent attendance with ability to work at least 30-40 hours per week including weekends
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, reach, push and pull items up to 20 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Competency in basic math including fractions and percentages
- Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
- Reliable onsite attendance
- Must be able to perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to handle restaurant equipment and follow instructions
- Ability to interact with customers for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Willingness to work overtime occasionally and travel as needed

Job Duties
- Contribute to the overall culture and business growth using the Culture Guide as a tool for self-reflection and commitment
- Participate in or lead improvement committees and projects when needed
- Ensure customers have positive interactions and are served coffee to quality standards
- Stay knowledgeable about all cafe offerings including drinks, beans, and brew equipment
- Anticipate needs and maintain smooth operations within the coffee bar team
- Follow employee and cafe operations policies including cash handling and scheduling
- Help keep the cafe clean, beautiful, and safe, providing a fun and inclusive environment
