  • Veterinary graduate from an accredited program
  • Passion for practicing high-quality veterinary medicine

  • Interest in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practices
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clinical cases

Job Duties

  • Participate in hands-on learning experiences under the guidance of experienced mentors
  • Manage real-time veterinary cases, gradually transitioning to independent case management
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical and leadership skills
  • Collaborate with the dual mentorship team including on-site and national mentors
  • Build and maintain supportive relationships within a nationwide cohort of new veterinary graduates
  • Apply high-quality medical practices in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal settings
  • Utilize continuing education opportunities to advance veterinary knowledge and expertise
