Job Duties

  • Cook Asian dishes with strong expertise
  • prepare food items safely following hotel recipes and standards
  • take charge of the kitchen area or outlet in the supervisor's absence
  • read and follow daily forecasts, menus, and recipes
  • complete food order requisitions accurately
  • participate in team cooking activities adhering to productivity and cost standards
  • audit food storeroom items for quality and rotation
  • control food costs and revenues
  • maintain daily sanitation and safety practices
