Job Duties
- Cook Asian dishes with strong expertise
- prepare food items safely following hotel recipes and standards
- take charge of the kitchen area or outlet in the supervisor's absence
- read and follow daily forecasts, menus, and recipes
- complete food order requisitions accurately
- participate in team cooking activities adhering to productivity and cost standards
- audit food storeroom items for quality and rotation
- control food costs and revenues
- maintain daily sanitation and safety practices
