Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- ability to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- ability to effectively deal with customers, management, and team members
- ability to sit, stand, walk and move through all areas of the casino
- ability to speak and hear
- use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, balance, kneel, lift and push or pull
- ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- able to work in a smoke-filled environment
- able to tolerate loud noise levels
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- ability to interpret and follow instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- excellent time management, problem solving, and organizational skills
- flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends

Job Duties
- Believe and demonstrate the GSR Vision and Mission Statement
- take beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders into POS system
- deliver orders following required standards for the position
- prepare tableside items as requested by customer
- anticipate guest's needs
- complete all side work including wiping down stations, re-stocking supplies, etc
- polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, prepare tables and stations
- breakdown stations, carts, and tables at close of restaurant
- explain menu to guests and answer any questions
- always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service
