Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capable of handling physical job demands including lifting up to 25 pounds
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced, smoke-filled environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- dependable with regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English to complete reports, correspondence and communicate effectively
- ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
- flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations of internal and external clients
- trusted and seen as a truthful individual who respects others
- courteous, respectful, and clear communication skills

Job Duties
- Believe and demonstrate through their work the GSR Vision and Mission Statement
- take beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders into POS system
- deliver orders following required standards for the position
- prepare tableside items as requested by customer
- anticipate guest's needs
- complete all side work including wiping down stations and re-stocking supplies
- polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart
- breakdown stations, carts and tables at close of restaurant
- explain menu to the guests and answer any questions they may have
- always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service
