Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours
- meet requirements of regular attendance to complete job responsibilities in a timely manner
- maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- able to sit, stand, walk, move through all areas of the casino
- able to speak, hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel
- able to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
- bend, stoop, squat, balance, kneel, lift and push/pull up to 25 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Believe and demonstrate through their work the GSR vision and mission statement
- take beverage orders from restaurant customers and input orders into POS system
- deliver orders following required standards for the position
- prepare tableside items as requested by customers
- anticipate guest's needs
- complete all side work including wiping down stations and re-stocking supplies
- polish silver, buff glasses, set-up service cart, breakdown stations, carts and tables at close of restaurant
- explain menu to guests and answer questions
- always check on quality of food and service to ensure excellent guest service
