Job Requirements
- Any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Must be able to stand and walk constantly during shifts
- Ability to frequently reach overhead, bend, kneel, and balance
- Capable of pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs frequently
- Constant repetitive hand use with varied grasping motions
- Good vision including distance, depth perception, field, and color vision
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of and ability to identify menu products
- Ability to operate a glassware washing machine
- Knowledge of dish room operations
- Ability to communicate in English both written and oral
- Ability to perform simple reading, math, writing, and task completion
- Skills in compiling, coordination, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, decision making
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Promptly welcome all guests and ensure responsive, professional, and gracious service
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency
- Communicate effectively with management, chefs, and culinary staff
- Clear tables after guests leave and clean tabletops, booths, and chairs
- Assist servers in pre-bus and busing tables, including setting tables
- Help set up to-go/pickup area and deliver to-go orders to the host desk
- Refill beverages as necessary
- Set and reset tables and side stations before, during, and after service
- Deliver food orders to tables
- Ensure all machines are cleaned properly
- Fold/roll napkins and keep silverware polished
- Reset tables efficiently
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and learn new menu items
- Assist kitchen in expediting service
- Maintain cleanliness in dining room during service
- Take, compile, deliver, and put away warehouse orders
- Perform other duties within the scope of the position
