Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- must have reliable transportation
- able to work long hours, nights, weekends, holidays
- able to report 2-3 hours prior to game time
- must be able to work at least 35 games per season
- pass a criminal background check

Job Duties
- Operate assigned rides during games
- ensure rides are safe and in proper working condition
- check in and out equipment daily
- assist guests boarding and disembarking rides
- collect payments using point of sale terminal
- verify tickets and explain ride policies
- promote rides and provide information
- monitor area for cleanliness and safety
- respond to guest questions and resolve complaints professionally
- enforce ballpark policies and regulations
