- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Basic math and cash-handling skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Accurately process cash, credit, and electronic payments
- Explain and promote wash packages, upgrades, and monthly memberships
- Meet or exceed individual and site sales goals
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Pre-spray and pressure wash customer vehicles in tunnel when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cashier area
- Respond to customer questions and resolve basic service concerns
- Follow all safety, cash-handling, and operational procedures
- Work collaboratively with site team members and management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
