Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- ability to stand for extended periods
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and season rice and beans according to recipes and standards
- ensure all food is presented and served in an appealing manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in the management of food inventory and stock levels
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize production and ensure timely service
