Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of bartending
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the work locations
Job Qualifications
- Elevated bartending skills with experience in creating creative cocktails and handling high-volume service
- Proven passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Flexible availability to work seasonal and flexible schedules
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment
Job Duties
- Accountable for guest satisfaction at Perch Putt and Capital One Park Concessions, ensuring food and beverage service standards are met and guests' needs are responded to in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve inventive cocktails and frozen beverages with a high level of skill and creativity
- Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe atmosphere for guests to ensure a welcoming and relaxed environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create memorable guest experiences and support a positive work environment
- Act as a proud ambassador of Perch Putt and Concessions, promoting the brand and engaging positively with guests
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced outdoor setting, adapting to the unique demands of seasonal rooftop operations
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly while complying with all health and safety regulations
