Job Requirements
- Valid Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Possession of Florida Medicare and Florida Medicaid numbers or ability to obtain them
- Ability to care for patients of all ages (family practice)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction
- Familiarity with or ability to learn electronic health records (EHR) system
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to see patients of all ages (Family Practice experience preferred)
- Experience or willingness to learn electronic health records (EHR) medical charting systems
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working in rural health care or family practice settings preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver primary medical care to patients of all ages in a rural health clinic setting
- Perform initial patient screenings, history taking, and physical examinations
- Maintain accurate and current patient records with attention to detail
- Schedule and manage follow-up appointments and communicate with patients regarding ongoing care
- Analyze test data to determine further treatment or follow-up needs
- Collaborate as part of a healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Provide patients with guidance, counseling, and education regarding their health and treatment options
