Job Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field
- Minimum of two years of job related experience or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, or experience
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with a high level of accuracy
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department
- Must be able to supervise and lead a team
- Ability to collaborate with diverse campus partners and clients

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least two years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a university setting with activities and event planning
- Knowledge of event planning software
- Understanding of student development theory
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent requests with high accuracy
- High degree of discretion
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary scheduler for events and activities which take place in University Union facilities
- Advise clients on food policies, vendor requirements, and event planning best practices
- Lead and support the student Event Reservation Specialist Team
- Assist in planning and executing departmental events tied to student engagement and university initiatives
- Develop associated budgets, manage expenditures, and revenue streams utilizing specified tools
- Partner and collaborate with key campus offices to ensure programs, services, and activities support an inclusive Student Life environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
