Job Requirements
- Completion of USSF Introduction to grass roots coaching module
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time

Job Duties
- Assisting academy program managers with camp operations including equipment, paperwork, and supplies
- Assisting lead coaches at Summer Player Development and Elite Programs through administrative and operations duties onsite at camps
- Assisting lead coaches at Summer Player Development and Elite Programs through on-field coaching and group supervision at camps
- Taking photographs and videos at various Academy programs to be used in future marketing collateral
- Creating, collaborating and executing ideas for camp social media posts
- Assisting parents and families with camp paperwork requirements through a variety of communication correspondence including email and phone
- Assist with preparation for Academy Staff seasonal training event
- On-field participation in Community Engagement clinics and events
- Special projects as business dictates
