Job Requirements

  • Two years of work experience in revenue management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish including written, verbal, and presentation communication
  • Proficiency in analyzing and explaining statistical data
  • Comprehension of mathematics
  • Travel up to 10 percent

  • Experience in hospitality industry
  • Proficient in revenue management systems and hotel property management systems
  • Experience forecasting or validating system forecasts of hotel room revenue

Job Duties

  • Conduct a daily pricing and strategy review for each property and send targeted daily communications
  • Formulate a plan to improve hotel performance, communicate the plan to the hotel team, and implement changes in relevant systems
  • Lead revenue management meetings discussing booking pace, performance statistics, and hotel-specific goals
  • Forecast future performance through trend analysis and implement displacement analyses for group business
  • Participate in the annual budget process
  • Build trusting relationships with assigned hotels and revenue management partners
  • Contribute to developing new service models based on the needs of Latin American markets
