Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field recommended, not required
- Proven experience as a revenue manager or in a similar revenue-focused role within the hospitality, entertainment, or amusement park industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue management techniques, pricing strategies, and yield management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across culinary, retail, and warehouse operations
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend pricing strategies
- Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand, set pricing levels, and optimize revenue through effective yield management techniques
- Supervise and provide strategic guidance to the Culinary, Retail, and Warehouse departments, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with revenue goals
- Collaborate with department heads to establish revenue targets, performance metrics, and operational standards, regularly reviewing and evaluating their progress
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and revenue-focused mindset among departmental teams
- Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor revenue performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive revenue reports, forecasting models, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insightful recommendations
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments to develop integrated revenue growth strategies and initiatives
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing revenue team, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and revenue optimization.
