Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (recommended, not required)
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or related role in hospitality, entertainment, or amusement park industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue management and pricing strategies
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with revenue management systems and data analysis tools
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in revenue management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite
Job Duties
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across culinary, retail, and warehouse operations
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend pricing strategies
- Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand, set pricing levels, and optimize revenue through effective yield management techniques
- Supervise and provide strategic guidance to the Culinary, Retail, and Warehouse departments, ensuring their efficient operation and alignment with revenue goals
- Collaborate with department heads to establish revenue targets, performance metrics, and operational standards, regularly reviewing and evaluating their progress
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and revenue-focused mindset among departmental teams
- Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor revenue performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare comprehensive revenue reports, forecasting models, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insightful recommendations
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments to develop integrated strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with Operations to optimize resource allocation and maximize revenue potential
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing revenue team
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in revenue optimization
