Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • minimum of 3 years revenue management experience
  • proficiency in Excel, Visual Basic, and Access
  • experience in luxury hotel revenue management
  • familiarity with hotel operations and distribution channels
  • strong analytical skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree required
  • degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing, or related field is a plus
  • minimum of 3+ years of experience in revenue management preferably in luxury hotel setting
  • strong analytical skills with excellent command over Excel, Visual Basic, Access, and other analytical tools
  • strong attention to detail in data analysis and revenue optimization
  • familiarity with hotel operations, sales, and marketing functions
  • excellent knowledge of distribution strategies associated with PMS, CRS, and GDS
  • knowledge of various central reservations systems, 3rd party extranets and chain CRS
  • experience in pricing, budgets, pace and performance management
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • flexibility to meet demands of 24-hour operations

Job Duties

  • support revenue strategy, distribution, and pricing for multiple properties
  • manage and optimize relationships with Expedia, Booking.com, and dynamic wholesale partners
  • coordinate with 3rd party internet marketing vendors and CRS providers
  • lead and support weekly RevMax meetings to discuss pricing, availability, market demand, and promotional opportunities
  • identify and deploy RM and distribution tools and technology requirements
  • stay on top of demand trends and market conditions to implement revenue management strategies
  • generate and present revenue reports with in-depth analysis to key stakeholders
