Job Requirements

- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or channel strategy
- Proficiency in RMS tools and data analytics platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or channel strategy ideally in hospitality, vacation rental, or RV resort sectors
- Proficiency in RMS tools, OTA extranets, and data analytics platforms such as Excel, Tableau, or similar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, agile, and motivated by growth and results
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s preferred
Job Duties
- Design and execute dynamic pricing strategies across all properties to grow ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR
- Optimize listings, rates, and content across direct (web) and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia)
- Build property-level revenue models and shape the annual financial plan alongside operations leaders
- Own weekly reporting, comp set analysis, and provide actionable insights to GMs and ownership
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and IT to drive results across digital, field, and distribution teams
- Monitor and analyze market intelligence and trends in traditional hospitality and outdoor lifestyle segments
