Job Requirements
- Minimum four years of hospitality industry experience
- At least two years in a revenue-related role preferred
- Demonstrated ability in revenue optimization and distribution
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with OTA platforms and compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- Four years of experience in the hospitality industry
- At least two years in a revenue-related discipline preferred
- Proven experience in distribution management
- Significant understanding of total revenue optimization
- Knowledge of marketing, administrative and business processes
- Skilled in forecasting and budgeting
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Manage revenue strategy for condo and vacation rental properties
- Review budgets and optimize pricing and inventory across channels
- Execute revenue management processes
- Analyze performance data and adapt strategies based on market trends
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams
- Oversee OTA performance including Airbnb and Vrbo
- Ensure listing optimization and compliance standards
- Guide and coach Revenue Analyst
