Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, finance or a related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, pricing analysis, or financial analysis
  • familiarity with systems such as IDeaS, Opera Cloud, and Windsurfer strongly preferred
  • experience using reporting systems to support pricing and revenue optimization decisions
  • knowledge of SQL, R, Python, and Power BI preferred
  • strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • consistent attendance is a job requirement

Job Duties

  • Analyze hotel room revenue, occupancy, and booking trends by market segment, source, and channel mix
  • recommend dynamic pricing adjustments to maximize RevPAR and total hotel revenue
  • provide feedback on forecasting and pricing tools for improvement
  • identify and analyze business improvement and revenue growth opportunities
  • research competitive offerings and develop business justifications
  • evaluate and implement strategies for incremental revenue across hotel, resort, and theme park operations
  • apply industrial engineering and business analytics methodologies for data-driven decision-making
  • leverage IDeaS Revenue Management System for demand modeling and inventory optimization
  • collaborate with senior leadership to translate insights into actionable revenue growth strategies
  • support long-range planning, financial modeling, and KPI development
  • manage departmental projects and strategic initiatives
  • work with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Hotel General Manager, and Corporate Revenue to optimize pricing and profitability
  • perform ad hoc reporting, data modeling, and forecasting
  • support budgeting, market positioning, and competitive strategy
  • ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
  • perform other duties as assigned
