Job Duties

  • Lead the flawless execution of events at partner schools with an emphasis on game day operations
  • Provide guidance and support to hourly staff to ensure exceptional service during events
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff and define game day priorities
  • Manage operational processes including quality control and inventory management
  • Update and maintain customer logs for communication and service delivery
  • Cultivate relationships with game day vendors and serve as main contact
  • Provide excellent customer service onsite addressing guest inquiries and concerns
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience during events
