Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar major and/or active progress towards degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sports and excitement surrounding in-person events is a plus
- Demonstrated effective communication skills in verbal and written forms
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Five or more years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to coach team members

Job Duties
- Oversee all revenue related activities including tailgates and event rentals
- Set sales goals, forecast performance, and execute sales strategies
- Participate actively in outbound and inbound sales, in-person meetings and community development
- Manage relationships with university partners and develop guest communication plans
- Foster team culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and attention to detail
- Maintain familiarity with financial records and performance metrics to advise leadership
- Manage accounts payable and receivable including tracking and reporting
- Supervise and develop team members with performance feedback
- Oversee recruiting and corporate training as needed
- Support company wide initiatives and promote adoption of processes and policies
- Conduct strategic planning and trend forecasting
- Oversee budget including expense line items such as labor and game day costs
- Ensure compliance with company initiatives and process improvements
- Manage and improve systems including quality control, maintenance, inventory and processes
- Manage event operations including layout and vendor relationships
- Oversee facility management including cleanliness and maintenance
- Manage fleet operations concerning cleanliness, maintenance, safety and compliance
- Maintain public relations and communication with customers and university administration
- Attend community functions with executive management
- Manage all partner relationships and key event clients
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication
- Analyze and problem solve efficiently
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality in all tasks
- Exhibit high energy, positive attitude and creativity
- Remain open to coaching and maintain positive attitudes
