Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business administration or similar major or equivalent experience preferred
- knowledge of sports and excitement of in-person events is a plus
- effective communication skills verbal and written
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- five or more years supervisory experience
- demonstrated ability to coach team members

Job Duties
- full oversight of revenue related activities including tailgates and event rentals
- goal setting and forecasting revenue
- development and execution of sales strategies
- participation in outbound and inbound sales
- growth and maintenance of relationships with university partners
- development and oversight of guest communication plans
- team culture development focused on accountability and hospitality
- financial record keeping and key performance metric monitoring
- management of accounts payable and receivable
- pricing and discount approval management
- supervision and development of team members
- recruitment and corporate training assistance
- support of company-wide initiatives and policy adoption
- strategic planning and trend forecasting
- budget oversight and expense monitoring
- quality control and process improvement management
- event layout design and operations oversight
- vendor relationship management
- facility asset management including maintenance and cleanliness
- fleet management including safety and security compliance
- public relations and community engagement
- partner relationship management
- attendance at community functions
