Job Duties

  • full oversight of all revenue related activities including goal setting, forecasting and sales strategy development
  • active participation in outbound and inbound sales and community development
  • maintain and grow relationships with university partners
  • develop and implement guest communication plans for tailgate and event rental clients
  • foster a team culture focusing on accountability and hospitality
  • manage financial records and key performance metrics
  • oversee accounts payable and receivable
  • set pricing and discounts as approved by vice president
  • supervise and develop team members
  • assist with recruiting and training
  • support company-wide initiatives
  • strategic operational planning and trend forecasting
  • manage budget and ensure compliance with company initiatives
  • oversee quality control, maintenance, inventory and process management
  • manage event layouts and vendor relationships
  • oversee facility and asset management
  • control budget for labor, events and office expenses
  • manage public relations and community engagement
  • maintain and expand partner relationships
  • attend community functions with executive management
