Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar major preferred or equivalent experience
- knowledge of sports and excitement surrounding in-person events preferred
- demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- five or more years of supervisory experience with coaching ability

Job Duties
- Oversee all revenue-related activities including tailgates and event rentals
- develop and execute sales strategies with goal setting and forecasting
- actively participate in outbound and inbound sales and community development
- manage and grow relationships with university partners
- develop and manage guest communication plans for clients
- foster a team culture focused on accountability and hospitality
- maintain financial records including accounts payable and receivable
- set pricing and discount strategies
- supervise and mentor team members with consistent feedback
- oversee recruiting and assist in training
- support company-wide initiatives and adoption of policies
- engage in strategic planning and trend forecasting
- oversee budgets and financial controls
- ensure compliance with company initiatives
- manage quality control, inventory, and process improvements
- handle event layout, design, and operations management
- manage vendor relationships including rentals and food and beverage
- oversee facility and asset management including cleanliness, maintenance, and fleet management
- manage budgets for labor, events, and office expenses
- lead public relations and community engagement
- maintain partner and client relationships
- attend community and executive functions
- complete tasks with accuracy and timely communication
- analyze and solve problems efficiently
- work effectively in a fast-paced environment
