Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field preferred
- Active progress towards degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of sports and in-person event excitement is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Five or more years of supervisory experience with coaching ability
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

- Knowledge of sports and in-person event dynamics is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Five or more years of supervisory experience with demonstrated coaching abilities
Job Duties
- Full oversight of all revenue related activities including goal setting, forecasting, and sales strategy execution
- Active participation in outbound and inbound sales, in-person meetings, and community development initiatives
- Owning and growing relationships with university partners
- Developing and implementing guest communication plans for tailgate and event rental clients
- Cultivating a team culture focused on accountability, detail orientation, and hospitality
- Maintaining familiarity with financial records and performance metrics to provide insights
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, pricing, and discounts
- Supervising and developing team members with regular feedback and recruiting assistance
- Overseeing event management including layout, design assistance, and vendor relations
- Managing facility maintenance, inventory, fleet management, and budget oversight
- Representing REVELXP in public relations and community functions
- Building and maintaining partner relationships with key clients
- Supporting and encouraging company-wide initiatives and process adoption
