Job Duties
- Lead event execution at partner schools for football game days and other events as needed
- Develop relationships with direct reports and hourly staff to establish and maintain high morale and office culture
- Recruit train supervise and evaluate hourly game day staff
- Prepare weekly coordination meetings to schedule staff and define operational needs
- Manage quality control inventory availability maintenance and budget review
- Schedule and record hourly staff work time
- Design event layouts for tailgate sites and rentals including special event tailgates
- Maintain office organization cleanliness and vendor relationships
- Build and maintain ecommerce platform for tailgate sales
- Sell hospitality packages and event rentals to current and new clients
- Develop and grow relationships with partners and fan communities to generate leads referrals and sales
- Be onsite for hosted events to build relationships secure referrals and grow sales and renewals
- Provide high level of service to enhance guest experience
- Contact area businesses and individuals using multi-touchpoint program for engagement
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics
