Job Requirements
- Student of Christian Science preferred
- supportive of Principia's guiding statements
- bachelor's degree in communications, nonprofit management, higher education, business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- three years of experience in alumni relations, volunteer management, fundraising, event planning, or related fields
- demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage volunteers
- strong organizational and project management skills
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- familiarity with fundraising platforms and CRM systems is a plus

Job Duties
- Leads a comprehensive volunteer engagement strategy supporting Principia School and Principia College
- recruits, onboards, trains, and supports reunion and annual giving volunteers with clarity of roles and expectations
- serves as the primary relationship manager for reunion and giving-day volunteers providing consistent communication and stewardship
- builds and sustains long-term volunteer relationships to deepen alumni connection
- plans and executes reunion volunteer programs and events in partnership with Senior Director of Alumni and Field Relations
- coordinates volunteer-led activities and class-based engagement efforts for reunion experiences
- ensures reunion programs align with broader alumni engagement and philanthropic goals
- leads and supports senior class gift programs, engaging students, parents, and campus partners
- partners with Annual Giving team to support volunteer-driven campaigns including Giving Tuesday and All In for Prin
- manages and supports Class Agents and volunteers involved in giving-day initiatives
- tracks participation and engagement outcomes and shares insights with broader team
